interesting place for rest, we didn't want to leave. we spent some time at steam bar, they offer drinks and are relatively close to the apartment. it had comfortable bed, views of the sea. the bathroom with a bath was a bonus.

Excellent location, 10 min walk from city centre, 3 min from beach. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Comfy sofa bed. Helpful host, easy check-in/out. Great ocean views from balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean View Beach Rd. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main Newquay area and close to other beautiful beaches. The property itself was lovely with a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony that offered stunning sea views. It was peaceful at night, allowing us to hear the soothing sound of the waves. The owner was also very helpful and easily reachable. we highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

The check-in process was confusing as we were given incorrect instructions for accessing the key. The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, with a dirty dishwasher and a strong odor.

The property is clean, modern, well located and just perfect for what we wanted. It was a nice walk into the centre for shops, food and drinks and then a variety of lovely beaches right on the doorstep - our favourite was Tolcarne. The balcony was nice to sit on with a cup of tea, breakfast or dinner and take in the lovely views. We travelled with a two year old so found the apartment easier to meet our needs than a hotel so we would recommend this to anyone with a young family but also would be ideal for couples. Newquay itself is busy due to school holidays so it was really nice to also be able to park up at the accommodation and not worry about driving or parking for the rest of our stay! Our host Gillian was lovely and accommodating and we will hopefully be back to enjoy this great property again!

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect with amazing views of the coastline, and the staff were helpful and responsive.
